CAS-PRO® Solution

The CAS-PRO® complient is designed to make implementing wireless Environmental Management Solutions both easier and more affordable. CAS-PRO® collects and sends pertinent information about your asset via cellular, satellite, DSL or cable communication to the C.A.S.-IntelliNet data center. Should any parameter of your remote asset go out of range, C.A.S.-IntelliNet can notify you of that condition with an email, voice mail, text message or pager alert.  CAS-PRO® users have access to many additional data options and features via the CAS-PRO®dashboard™.  For users not requiring these data options, C.A.S.-IntelliNet offers CAS-PRO®director-ECO compliants with limited features and options.

Our goal is to make the connected world a reality by providing easy to use, easy to install solutions specifically designed for wireless Environmental Monitoring. These include environmental sensors such as temperature, humidity and CO2 sensing, vehicle monitoring and tracking, tank and well monitoring and utility monitoring.

Our wireless sensors can be placed in any type of environment, including refrigerated trucks(Reefers), shipping containers, medical facilities, outdoor locations, schools etc. Utilizing our three tier solution we can provide constant real-time environmental monitoring to any authorized CAS-PRO®dashboard™ user. The user can set sensor ranges and receive instant notification of out-of-boundary conditions.

All of our environmental monitoring products work together to provide coherent easy to use solution that is quickly installed and helps our customers monitor the environment around them and provide a smoother operation of their business.

An example of real-time environmental monitoring is adding wireless sensors (temperature, humidity, CO2 levels) through out a building. When any of the levels, especially temperature or VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds) passes outside the scope of the set parameters. Maintenance crews can immediately be sent to correct the situation.

  • The central controller (CAS-PRO®director) will receive information from sensors located within 600 feet
  • Temperature sensors are placed in the area to be monitored
  • The sensors collect information and transmit to the controller
  • Controller sends information to the backend system (CAS-PRO®dashboard™ or other)
  • The backend system is used for monitoring, control and alerting

There are any number of possible solutions that can be accomplished with one CAS-PRO®director. Wireless sensors can be placed throughout the location sending constant feedback to the CAS-PRO®wireless controller on site. In addition to monitoring the environment CAS-PRO®director can be connected with Generators or HVAC systems to monitor and control the equipment from remote locations.
