CAS-PRO® Wireless Tank & Well Monitoring
 Many clients are finding that even with traditional SCADA system they are unable to view information from home or out of plant locations. Our ability to interface with any 4-20mA (1-5v DC) signal allows us to interface with most instrumentation. With our solution a client is able to receive and respond to tank intrusion for home land security, overflows, power failures, communication loss or low levels more quickly since notifications are sent directly to the personnel that are responding to the alert versus a plant operator locating and dispatching the personnel. Alarms are sent to the maintenance personnel via text or voice messaging. Install our wireless tank and well monitoring solution at your site and be running in minutes. Ultrasonic sensors measure the tank levels which can be monitored from any web enabled PC or Smart Phone.

How the Solutions Work
A central controller (CAS-PRO®director) will receive information from sensors located within 600 feet up to 1 mile of the controller. These sensors can provide either wired or wireless tank monitoring as well as wireless well monitoring.
Our non-contact ultrasonic depth sensors are ruggedized for long service life in tough environments. The sensors provides constant monitoring of oil and water depth without the need for roustabouts or other resources to be on-site. The solution is AC or DC powered and can be solar charged making it adaptable for any location.
Information viewing
 
Widgets provide visual representation of information, on the main screen of the monitoring application. These widgets help users quickly review important information such as the last reading of the tank level.
Other environmental sensors such as temperature, vibration, or power monitor and control can be added to the location to provide additional information, all wireless sensors (up to 100) would communicate with a single CAS-PRO®director.
